Lovely set of Starscans of the four Dark Judges-Fire,Fear,Mortis and of course,Death!
Artwork from one of 2000AD’s unsung heroes,Garry Leach,inextricably linked for me,with Judge Anderson(see 2000AD graphic albums&Meg227Jan’05)and his ability to draw women well!
Primarily known as an inker,Leach is a great artist in his own right as evidenced in a series of one-off Dredd’s(“Attack of the 50ft Woman”,”The Comeback”,”Ten Years Later”).
These pin-ups were printed originally on the back cover of Progs555-558(Jan’88)and it perhaps would’ve been interesting to see Leach take on interior art duties on Death and the Dark Judges..

• a sudden interest in Top Ramen - In it’s early stages, your child or loved one may request to eat instant ramen noodles up to a few times a week. At this stage, it is still possible to fix some of the damage “The Animes” have caused. However, if they begin using chopsticks with every meal, you may have no choice but to lock them in their room and confiscate all Hot Topic products.
